Welcome to our official JPPHA SDCA Officers’ Portal! This hub contains all the essential resources and tools we need to effectively manage our chapter. Please note the following:
- Confidentiality:
The portal link is public but not indexed by Google, meaning only those with the link can access it. Do not share this link with anyone outside of our JPPhA SDCA Chapter. This ensures the security and confidentiality of our internal operations. - Task Tracker:
The most important tool to keep track of ongoing tasks, deadlines, and statuses. This is linked to your emails, so you’ll receive notifications for any changes. Please update the status of your tasks and remember that tasks can only be marked complete after being reviewed by the adviser or President. - Forms Access:
- Income and Expense Log: Accessible only by the Treasurer and President for financial tracking.
- Grooming Violation Penalty Form: Accessible only by year-level representatives and the President, as they are responsible for facilitating and logging penalties.
- Master Log:
View-only access for the President, Treasurer, Auditor, Sir Mhannie, Sir Marin and Sir Tardio. This sheet shows a summary of income, expenses, and grooming violations grouped by year level, including unpaid violations and financial summaries. - Minutes of Meetings:
A central link to our Google Drive folder with all minutes of meetings to keep everyone updated, especially those who cannot attend meetings.
